Ben Silver is an (ECB) English Cricket Board Level 4 Specialist Coach with nearly a decade of experience across professional environments including grassroot cricket. Throughout his coaching career, he has worked extensively within high-performance pathways, contributing to the development of players across multiple levels of the game. As the previous Head Coach of the England Physical Disability Squad he brings a great understanding of individuals and their unique strengths. With a strong track record in men’s, women’s, and disability cricket, Ben is known for his ability to adapt coaching methods to suit individual player needs while helping unlock their full potential. In addition to his coaching roles, he is also an (ECB) English Cricket Board, Coach Developer and holds a Level 3 certification in Performance Analysis Techniques Applied in Coaching, reflecting his commitment to modern, data-informed coaching practices.

Abhishek has over 10 years of coaching experience, working extensively with both elite and developing players. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from his own playing career and professional coaching journey, he focuses on building strong fundamentals, game awareness and helps players perform. Abhishek is an (ICC)International Cricket Council Level 2 Coach and holds a (Cricket Australia Level 1 Coaching Certification), reflecting his commitment to international coaching standards. His experience, calm approach, and understanding the player helps create a high-quality learning environment for junior and senior cricketers.
Roy Bishal
Excellence Cricket Coach
Roy is a former state-level cricketer and an (ICC) International Cricket Council Level 2 Certified Coach with over 4 years of professional coaching experience. Specialising in modern-day batting and spin bowling, he works with both elite and young players to build technically sound, mentally strong, and tactically aware cricketers. His coaching approach combines advanced skill training, game-scenario simulations, and personalised feedback to support continuous growth of a cricketer. With a understanding of the requirements of the modern game, Roy is committed to developing confident, disciplined cricketers capable of performing at the highest levels.
Saket Kumar
Development Coach
Saket is an (ICC) International Cricket Council Qualified coach. A keen student of the game and a cricketer. Saket have developed his coaching foundation through close association with former first-class cricketers. He is currently mentored by Ben Silver, an (English Cricket Board Level 4 coach). He specialises in high-quality sidearm throwdowns designed to replicate real match situations tailored to individual player needs. With strong insights into the modern game, Saket creates challenging yet enjoyable training environments that help players sharpen their skills, improve decision-making, and build confidence. Saket also specialises in fielding skills.
