Submitting a contact form, selecting "Book Now", sending a chatbot message, contacting us through WhatsApp or making any other website enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or guarantee availability.
A booking is confirmed only when CCA Emirates confirms it separately through an approved booking process.
Any applicable fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, refund terms or programme-specific conditions will be communicated separately before they apply.
A separate online booking system may be introduced in the future. Additional terms may apply if that service becomes available.
5. Programme availability
Coaching programmes, dates, times, session formats, coaches, facilities and places may change or be unavailable.
References to a programme or service on the website do not guarantee that it is currently available or suitable for a particular player.

6. Junior players
CCA Emirates provides services that may include junior players.
Where an enquiry relates to a child, it should normally be made by a parent, guardian or appropriately authorised adult.
Participation in academy activities may be subject to separate policies, consents, eligibility requirements or other arrangements communicated by CCA Emirates where applicable.
The website does not replace any consent or information that may be required before a child participates in an academy activity.

The website chatbot provides general information about CCA Emirates, its programmes, coaches and facilities.
